Can anyone recommend an Onan Service place - PHX area

Having one heck of a time trying to find someone to work on my Onan 5500 in the Phoenix / Chandler / Mesa area. I need a fuel pump replaced. Any suggestions?

Cummins owns Onan. If it were mine, I'd take it to one of their service centers.

Have been told to stay away from Rocky Mountain in Mesa from several folks. However, one person has spoken highly of Rocky Mountain in Avondale. Anyone have any experience with the one in Avondale? This is an hour plus away. But willing to go if they are good.

Know someone with a major engine repair [turbo] at Cummins Avondale--wasn't a good experience [over charges]. Might be ok for a less expensive fuel pump on an Onan genset--might get a second opinion before scheduling service...
PS--access to pump could be a major cost issue--some coach builders make genset work a real pain.....

Have you tried RV Renovators in Mesa? I've had great experiences with them.

Not sure what year you have but if you need the manuals for the Genset I have them. Both Parts and Service. (PDF)
Changing a fuel pump should not be difficult.

Ended up at Mesa Precision Motor Service, an Onan Certified Service place. Jeff, the owner seems to be a nice guy and seems to really know Onan products.

I have had work done at the Avondale Cummins shop and had no issues. They actually saved me money by telling me I did not need the extra services others were telling me to get.
