Question Can somebody identify this RV?

This is my first post so dont be too harsh

my name is Tim, i'm 16 years old and i'm from Germany.

My father and I are interested in american RV's and all this stuff.
We already had had Chevrolet C30 Motorhome, a GMC Eleganza II and a Holiday Rambler Aluma Lite XL.

A year ago we had to sell the Holiday Rambler...

But now the time has come to get a new motorhome.

So recently my father bought a Sandpiper Motorhome. We found it in a barn where it stood for almost 3 years, but it was in relativly good condition.

We then tried to gather information on this vehicle and then saw that there are only 4 pictures of this motorhome on the internet:

The vehicle shown on these pictures seems to be the one we bought.
It also seems that the RV we bought is the ONLY one in Germany, if not in Europe.

So what exactly is this?

(If there are any questions on further information: i'm currently not at home for the next 7 days, on the weekend i can provide more information)

Thanks in advance

Tim, I happened to be on the EBAY site after reading your post and came across some information on your RV. Some one is selling original advertising for your rig. Best I can figure your motorhome the SANDPIPER was manufactured by
an outfit called Executive Industrys, inc. They were located at
5500 east La Palma Ave. Anaheim,Ca. 92806 Not sure if their still in business. They made three models of RV's, two of which were the Sandpiper and another line called MAGNIVANS on a Dodge chassis. Just a guess, but it appears your model is a 1980 or 1981. No doubt others more knowledgable then I will soon chime in with more. Nice looking rig!
