Carefree awning fully out, will not retract

Hi Gang, I replaced a power pack on my awning, rolled it all the way out and now I can't get it to release to roll back in.

I cannot even turn the roller by hand. Any ideas? Thanks.

Forget it I fixed it. A little WD 40 works wonders.
