Working on an Alumacraft 30SKS fifth wheel. PO tried to lower one side of the awning while loaded w/rainwater. I have a few damaged parts, the whole awning mess was laying on the ground when I got the camper. How do I find what model the awning is, and where can I get a parts breakdown?

I'd call them, they are great people to work with. From my RV's build sheet I gave them the serial number of the large awning and they gave me the model, the color, the part numbers I needed and then sold them to me for a DIY. Made it all so very easy.
They also have a dealer locator if you don't want to tackle it yourself.
