Inquiry into amount of failures of the Eclipse 12V awning, design flaw 2007/2009 model years motor shaft stripping out aluminum end cap housing causing awning to extend and not retract How has Carefree responded to the repair or replacement of motor assembly

Call Bill at RVUpgrades.com and ask him if other folks are complained about the shaft.
