Cb 13

Very good Idea just for the needs of safe travel as well as need for assistance. I'd say a price of maybe $10-15 .00 would be fair but that might need an adjustment depending on the size. The decal would need to be of a size where it could be seen easily. Perhaps having it located on the left hand rear area would also be easier for seeing. Perhaps owners could send in a suggestion to the folks who make the MH or who sell them and make it a standard of the industry in the efforts of safe travel. Perhaps a bright stand out color would become part of the safety.
I am not that much of a decal dude but I love slapping a decal on my rear window showing off my dog breed The Bernese Mountain Dog!

Cursing Band

Had a CB years ago but got tired of being embarrassed by the language on it when my wife and/or kids were with me. However this sounds like it could be a good idea. Count me in. I will try it again. Perhaps if it becomes mostly for RVers the language will be toned down.

We're in too! I just have to find out where the other end of my existing Firestik antenna comes into the cab at!

Hi Joe,

I am glad you feel that way.....I had them done at a reasonable price I thought....They are large and bold colors that will last in the weather.
I am shocked when people complain as I am not making anything on the decal and I loose when I ship them. I simply thought it was a good cause for fun and safety for all of us when we are on the road!
I was only charging $21.00 delivered

If you guys are interested I do have some on my desk.

I ship them the day I get your check!

Thanks, Tim.
and sorry for the Off Subject post.
It takes a little bit of time (or atleast it did 15+ years ago) and they were plastic plaques .... What really took time was the cool old school cast iron plaques.

Just call FMCA and ask they are very helpful

I'm tossed up on if I want a CB 13decal. I jump channels according to where I'm at (17 or 19) because there is more traffic/smokey info.

It would be nice if 95% of RVers had CBs and ran 13.

How much RV activity are you hearing on 13?

Hi Craig:

Thanks for letting me know that you got the payment. For your info, I installed a CB yesterday so that I can give it a try again. I hope I don't have another bad experience with it. If I do, I will leave it off until I need it for an emergency or perhaps just leave it on 13.

Bill

Hi Bill,
I've been thinking about this CB thing and like you, would be willing to try it again. My question is how to install a CB on a class C motorhome. What antenna did you use and how and where did you install it? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Bob
