Hi,
posted 6 months ago, had a great response re: pulling dead Norcold refer and putting in a Sumsung residential fridge...didn't know it would be so long before we were ready to do it! Have the Samsung here and he has pulled all the screws, etc and that dead Norcold won't budge!

At the back of the refer, down at the bottom, there are two screws, one on each side that are screwed down into the wood base.

Side Note:.....Once you get the refer out, most builders used a 100 staples to install the wood floor for the Norcold. Another poster used a small jack under the floor to lift it up and break it lose. I used this technique on my Monaco and it worked great.
