Cell Phone ?

Got a ticket in New York for using the phone. How do you find out what states you can't use your phone?

Thanks
Rich

Make it simple, get a bluetooth head set and use it all the time. Almost all states now have some form or regulation concerning cell phone use while driving.

I will bet that you did not get a ticket for using the cell phone! I'd guess the ticket is for using the cell phone WHILE DRIVING.

You must not read papers, or watch news programs, to not know the consequences of you actions, as in accidents and/or death from the same.

Smpler yet, keep 100% of your attention on the road and your driving. Let the incoming calls go to voice mail and return them or place new ones when you stop for fuel, food, or to stretch your legs. JMHO

We both have a cell phone. When I'm driving and mine rings I hand it to my wife.

All my girlfriends know to hang up if a woman answers.

I will make it easy DO NOT USE a hand held cell phone, or TEXT while driving.

Just don't do it, forget which state cause far too many people who do do it find themselves changing state all too quickly.

You say "Changing state?" Yes, from Normal to critically injured or even deceased.

I'm amazed how many people feel they have to be connected at the lip 24/7. I got chewed out once by one of my singers in the band I had at a Renaissance Festival for not having my cell phone with me. Excuse me? We were supposed to be in the 16th Century.

Very little is so important that we have to be available 24/7. In my case, I own my cell and home phones, they do not own me (my cell phone is just for emergencies and stays turned off until I use it). And I will answer them at my convenience. Rarely is there a need to use a cell phone when driving. If it's that important, pull off the road.

Well, at least he wasn't driving 45 mph in the left lane of a busy interstate. I, and about 200 others, got behind some lady in the left lane of I-95 talking on her cell phone about a month ago. People were honking, flashing their lights and doing everything they could to get her attention without success. I had a very strong urge to get one of those cell phone killers for future situations like that.

while driving, if my phone rings, I let my personal administrative assistant handle the call. If they have to speak to me, she puts it on speaker phone.

I will never talk on a cell phone and drive, the first time I tried I ran a red light. I learned in that I can not talk and walk at the same time.
