Or want to spend, for that matter..

What about RV collectors? Would a 30 year old AirStream get refused even if it had a $500k redo? What about a $20k redo?

this has nothing to do with money, it has to do with standards.
I'm sure they let the guy with a 40 year old polished airstream in...

Yes, a RECENT picture - I have been to CG's where the pictures on their website were old and way not representative of the current condition...

No, but I have had them do a walk around and inspect the motor home before I decided (not them) to park elsewhere.

I figure the reason they have to limit access only to "like new" rigs is because they have too much business and thus they don't need mine.

X2

We hear a lot of complaints about parks which flatly say "no" to anything over 10 years old. Here we have a park wanting to use some judgement and there's opposition to that too with some seeing it as a judgement on how much money they make instead of an attempt to maintain a pleasant environment for their customers. Many of the same arguments are made against HOAs.

Seems to indicate that some people have a dislike of any standards.

As long as I keep my motorhome in good condition I should not have any problem with sending them a photo. Of course if I was horrible at maintaining my vehicle then it would show and I would not want to send them a photo.
