ZEP or RMP#3 could make a 20 YO acceptable.

Not at all..

If this cg had said they like pictures of ALL the RV's coming in, that would be one thing, but, they are discriminating only against those 10 years old or older.. ie: "used".

I would LOVE to take a brand new Provost, put a pool on top, open the sides for the chicken coop, and a couch strapped to the back then call an reserve a spot.

"My rig? Its a brand new Provost"

"Cool! We would LOVE to have you. No, dont send a pic. Its brand new!"

Choosing another forum won't cost me, staying CG current will. Mine is paid for, I don't need a newer MH yet.

All too funny! Many parks show their best site(s) and not the permanent "FEMA type units or resident unkept units/spaces). Very good suggestions here, the Prevost post should take care of things.
I also Google earth the park and the park has no control over that pic., which will usually show what type of units are there on that day of the pic.
Hey, the '80's era Blue Birds are classic and most still look great, not to mention the Newells and Prevost conversions. Now, the backyard converted AM Generals may still have a bit of an issue here.

many check your motorhome for damage before they will allow you to park there, and on the toad too. would you want to park next to the guy from "christmas vacation" with his junk heap MH. doubt it. I see no problems with it.
if it bugs someone just go to a different CG.

Just tell them it is a 2004 model , now it is only 8 years old...they won't know the difference.

It's their campground, they make the rules, IF it states 10 years or newer OR you must send a picture for over 10 yr coach they are allowing you two options ...........
Fairly straight forward im thinking.

When choosing a place to stay, DW and I are starting to give preference to places with age restrictions and other qualifications. We tend to park in one spot for a month or more and we are finding that many of the parks we used to stay at have started to look and feel like low rent trailer parks, and we choose to stay elsewhere. At least a ten year rule or a picture lessens the chance that we will be parked next to a "duct tape and cardboard" beauty. IMO, a private business has an absolute right to choose who they wish to do business with.
