Ok Gary- I appreciate the advice. It looks like South Dakota is the best bet for us.

We did a lot of research and went with South Dakota. Americas Mailbox took care of our vehicle registrations for us and we just stayed one night in the state to get our drivers licenses.

The problem I have with SC is..... My birthday is in one of the colder and frozen months..... When My daughter and her beau get settled in GA (Or near GA) I kind of hope to "Move south" officallly... But otherwise TX and FL are possibilities for me.
