Ok, maybe it's not clear... he didn't bother to use his hose. There's a stream of crap flowing from his dump valve. Crap was splattering on the trailer next to him.

When we were done I showed the picture to the host and she had the park ranger and sheriff there within 10 minutes. I guess they've had this issue before and by the sound of it I'm not too sure he'll be camping there again.
