Good morning!

Thought this was a good place to start this. We are getting a seasonal site next year. What would you want on your wish list for things or stuff at your site. Or just a wish list Santa would bring you for your camper.

I see you're from NY and wondered where (what State??) your seasonal site will be located....That might help us decide what you need.

Whether you're staying in New York or heading south would make a difference...

I'm assuming you'd be staying somewhere up north?

Hi Bob,

Yes, we'll be staying in NY (we have the college search this summer) and will be at Brennan Beach. It's the perfect jump off point for us when we are in Northern NY looking at schools. We would have been happy heading south as usual, but didn't have the time this year, nor the next with the oldest heading off the school.

So suggest away! The Hubby already has his boat on the list

Hi Nell,

Well the first four things that came to me, if I were to have a seasonal site are:

1) A Flag Pole.

2) A big grill to cook lots of stuff at same time, since most of us have a small grill in our rigs do to storge space limits.

3) A big hammock to rest in after eating that big meal off the big grill, LoL!!

4) A Screen house, either attached to the awning or one put up over the dinning area.

Hope this helps some, I am sure others will have more ideas, but these are the frist things that came to me after reading your post!

Think I'll just ask Santa for a seasonal site!! Actually, DW told me that the generator I bought a few weeks ago will suffice for Christmas, birthday, anniversary, etc!

Thanks for all the great ideas!!! I've got to get my list together for Santa. This is going to be for at least 2 years-maybe more-there's another heading off to college here in 3 1/2 years. So I might as well enjoy my "lake house" while we have it/

And Ken, good things can happen! We got the call about a seasonal site opening on our 19th anniversary-so that's what we gave each other.

coleman has a fold up hammock that is nice. You can check it out at coleman.com under the furniture. That was my father's day gift.
