Class A Generator Gas Source

1987 Holliday Rambler Imperial 33'. Does the Generator pull its gasoline from the Motor Coach' Tank? Yes, this is all new to me. Thanks

Yes. Until the tank is down to about 1/4 full. Done to protect you from running out of fuel to enable you to drive to fill up.

I learned to watch it when it gets that low and shut off the geneset. Its pretty hard on the fuel pump as the gas becomes intermittent. My fuel pump started to make a banging noise. Then I went hmmmm how low is the gas. Problem solved but could have been damaging to the fuel pump.
