Class A "overhead bunk"

New to this forum. Hello all.
I am interested to know if anyone has built/installed a bunk (class C style-over cab) bed over the seats of a class A coach??
Any pros or cons would help me rationalize this wacky idea.
The class C overhead bunk is great for the space a young boy would need for all his junk, but I like class A units for the space and dual ac units.

Unless you've already purchased a Class A without...There are many Class A's that already have motorized drop downs over the cab area.

For example, my 2014 Thor Hurricane 27K has a drop down queen size area built in.

Shop around, there are many manufacturers that offer this.

I'd hate to have to add this option after the fact though! A lot of work and $'s if retro-ing

We had an Allegro with a drop down bed. It was manual with springs to counter the weight. '94 model maybe.
