Clean roof

I want to clean my roof but do not want to rinse with water
Protect All looks like what I am looking for anybody use it?

People need to know what type of roof you have (rubber, fiberglass, ?) before you can get more useful answers.

I just cleaned and conditioned my rubber roof. I used a two part (cleaner and protectant) made by Protect All, although I don't recall the name of the stuff. It took a little over an hour to do my 35'. Be careful up on that roof, though. It's a long way to the ground!

It was not too difficult using two spray bottles (one for each solution) and a couple of sponge mops.
