Hi all - did a quick search and didn't see anything regarding this, so thought I would put it out there and see if anyone has had any experience with this. We have a 1995 Thor class A, and absolutely love it, but I am finding that the curtains for the windshield stick now and then on the tracks when I am opening or closing them. I am assuming it is because the plastic track is dirty inside or there is a build up inside the track, but I am not sure how to clean it, or what to use so that is is not worse than when I started. Anyway, here are the questions:

1. What is the easiest way to clean inside the plastic track? I am thinking q-tips maybe?

2. Is there a special lubricant that I can spray on the plastic to make the curtain glides ride smoother and not bung up?

I have dusted the track inside but obviously cant get all the dust out that way.

Q-tip and WD-40.

Silicone Spray is slick and doesn't attract dust. WD40 does clean but will attract more dust. Silicone Spray is your friend with everything on your RV.

Yes, silicone spray - the genuine "dry" stuff, not the pretend 'real" RV silicone I bought once that seems to be more like WD40 than dry silicone - just sprayed inside the track from end to end using the thin tube and then run the curtains from one end to the other a couple of times.
Generally no need to clean inside - well, unless you sprayed with WD-40
