Going to sound dumb. But what is difference between "plastic" and plexiglass. Could mine be plexiglass?

+1 to getting rid of the doors. We trashed ours after being out 3 or 4 times, got an 'expand-a-shower' bar from CW and a cheap $10 shower curtain we can throw out at the end of the season. Hubby couldn't be happier.
