Cleaning Wheel Covers

I (used to) have white wheel covers that have since developed streaks and other assorted stains.

Is there a way to clean them or should I start looking for new wheel covers in a different color?

I've used " Magic Eraser " on white plastic vents on my RV with good results; but ! Each time I clean them up they seem to get dirty faster.
I haven't tried waxing after cleaning yet, but I guess that's next.

Buy some black covers. Your tires aren't white and on most coaches the white covers look tackey. Move over Beverly Hillbillies. IMHO

After one year, mine are nasty looking and I've tried bleach, vinegar, peroxide, elbow grease, algicide, you name it and nothing gets them clean.

That's okay, I got a chuckle
so47: I even use tire dressing and they still look clean. I roll mine up after each use and store in a clean section in one of the basement storage compartments.
Thanks, I just remembered that I need to put them on, I forgot when we got back last week
I have a blk one on the spare but have almond color for the MH I think they look okay.?

I don't think it's the Miami type of powder. Us northerners refer to it as PITA when stuck in it. But if you like to ski or snowmobile it's a necessity.

Try Bleach White tire cleaner. Careful though because it does contain some acids.

Vincee, I use Bleach White on lots of stuff. "BUT"
don't use it on curtain rods though it stripped the paint right off. Mumsy was not a happy camper... sorta speak. repainted right nice though!!!
