Looks like the NMCA has combined their companies into one website as of Jan 24th, according to a press release found on their website. Going to coach-net.org instantly redirects you to the NMCA website,NMC | Roadside Assistance and unfortunately your original member login info no longer works. Press release here: https://nmca.com/Libraries/Press_Rel...2011.sflb.ashx

There are ZERO contact phone numbers listed on their site, even in the 'Contact Us' section - just a stupid email form. If you did not have your paperwork with you or a number pre-saved in your phone you would not be able to find a number to call them quickly if you were broke down on the side of the road. Nice Job NMCA.

I used the "lost password" function to see what would happen and it sent me my password but instead it's in all CAPS. I've NEVER used all caps in any password that I've ever used. I checked in my saved passwords in Firefox and indeed my password IS what I thought it was, so it's obvious that when the NMCA imported the passwords from Coach-net's site they screwed them up somehow by making them all uppercase. So for those of you who cannot login to your coach-net account anymore try using your original password but in all CAPS and it will probably work. Again, nice job NMCA.. no emails, letters or notifications about the website change, name change, or the password issues.

I suggest those of you who have Coach-net to login to your account and ensure that the REST of your information showing on your account is correct, such as Make/Model/VIN, your contact/account info etc etc.

We are also members of Coachnet and were not notified in any manner of the change. We followed your advice and checked it out on the websites you posted. You are right on all accounts....password is in all caps, which we also never use. Our other account information is correct.
We really appreciate your heads up! Wouldn't have known otherwise!

I believe it would be appropriate for everyone to send an e-mail asking why members were not notified. This is going to be fun to watch as current members try to access the site and can't.

Followed the above advice and updated my profile. Also noted that I had not checked a communication option. Probably no one else did either to reduce e-mail traffic. So few were notified.

Ditto. Never had set up online access so I went ahead and registered. All data associated with our account was accurate. Lack of a phone number isn't really a problem since it's on their card that I carry in my wallet.

Appreciate the heads up. Just typed my ID/PW in all caps as suggested and had no problem entering the site - all info correct.

Does anyone know when this change in ownership happened? Anyone familiar with NMC and their service?

I don't know about UserID being converted to all caps, but the passwords appear to have been. From reading the NMCA website it appears they've always owned coach-net, and merely combined all their entities onto one landing from a central website... but again, I cannot verify that one way or the other.

Maybe I'm too laid back, but if I call for service and everything works, what's the problem?

Many, like myself, get concerned when companies change our accounts without notice. What if our account numbers had not made the transition properly and a few months down the road you call for service and they tell you the account number is incorrect? What if your address or coach info got munged? You may not know if for months, perhaps a year until you needed something. During transitions things can get lost or misapplied - it happens - so I periodically keep check on things like this. I don't really want more hassles due to incorrect information when I'm stuck on the side of the road somewhere.

I didn't deselect the email contact options when I signed up so they could notify me via email of any changes -but didn't get anything, nor did I get a letter in the mail regarding this either.

EDIT: It appears they fixed the password issue.... this morning I logged in again and my password is no longer all uppercase.
