CoachNet kudos

Last night, somebody who shall remain nameless took the 3500 Sierra out through the grass area behind the shop and found the softest part after the storms that moved through Sunday night.
I called CoachNet and gave Gloria the information and she called back in 5 minutes with the name of the tow service and the ETA. Shortly thereafter, the driver called looking for me and I guided him in and in 10 minutes, I was out. He shook my hand and was out of there.
