Company that go the extra mile supporting the RV communities.

My RV went into the shop to repair a large hole in the roof. While the repair work was being completed, a tech broke the mounting brackets on 2 sets of my shades. I contacted the repair center, but they didn't have direct replacements brackets, only the "universal fit" brackets. Needless to say they didn't work with my shades. After using a towel on the windows for a few nights, I found out that my coach has "Irvine slow-rise day/night roller shades" installed. So I contacted Irvine and they sent me the replacement brackets for free.
This was such a refreshing experience and we wanted to give a big shout out to Irvine for supporting the RV community. When a company (and its personnel) go out of their way it just brightens our lives. Happy wife = happy life.

Let us know if you had an experience with a company like this.

Good info! I never knew the company existed! I will probably be buying new shades soon and I'll be sure to check with them! Thanks for posting!

I got some of the Irvine slow-rise day/night roller shades (night only) a couple years ago. They are sold at rally's RV shows by Shade-Man. I also have a 3 section shower door that needed a roller. Called Irvine. They sent me a complete repair kit for all 3 doors.
