Anybody have experience with this warranty company? Do they take care of claims, or just take your money?
Found this on the Forrest River Forum. Dated January 2018
Do not by compass they suck. Bought my 1/5 wheel needed to use it twice the 1st year and they turned all down, would not pay for anything. Dealer makes money on this crap and I say again DO NOT BUY COMPASS. THEY SUCK.
As with a lot of packages, broken is covered but worn out is not. Guess what.....your part wore out so you are not covered. Had that happen twice, even though one part was melted. Nope, not covered.

On my Landmark Rushmore fifth wheel I purchased cornerstone extended warranty for 1800 $ .
The were excellent. Five years of coverage and they paid out just over ten thousand dollars. I understand that you can purchase it through general RV. Or call them and tell them you are interested. I can't speak of how there policies may have changed.
"They SUCK" endorsements like the one above are meaningless. Without any info as to what the claim was and why it was denied, how can we realistically assess the situation? A large percentage of disgruntled service plan owners totally misunderstood what the policy covered and blithely accepted a salesman's pitch about never having to pay for repairs again.
I have no opinion about Compass, but the pros and cons of any extended warranty (service plan) have been well-debated here and surely apply to Compass aas much as any other insurer. Read gthe many previous topics and make your own call.
