I installed a 12 volt outlet near floor level just above stair step. I have a inverter that was used to power my Laptop when working. Plug in inverter, (make sure it will handle the wattage) set crockpot in sink and support if required. Makes great meal while on the move.
We have a 2000 Win Adventurer 37G.

I use a burton product, I think it's called "Stove to go" but it might be oven not stove, This looks like a lunchbox, top latches, holds a mini-loaf pan as a liner.

It is a dual power (12/120 volt) slow cooker.. Fits in the small side of the sink so it does not slide around and with the lid locked, No problems.

Our grandkids have baked cookies and pizza in our micro/convection oven while underway with no problems. Nothing stimulates the appetite like the aroma of freshly baked cookies.
