Corrosion Concerns & Questions

Well Hi folks,
We use our 04 Holiday Rambler Endeavor almost every weekend during the ski season to go up to a Washington resort to ski and hang out with other skiers/RV'ers. The ski-in and ski-out is a blast. But, the corrosion to the coach is getting pretty bad. The WSDOT uses a salt brine on the roads, and the engine and everything in the back picks the stuff up and is getting pretty ugly with corrosion.

I'm wondering if others have ideas for cleaning this stuff off and keeping the corrosion at bay. I'm currently rinsing after each mountain trip with "Salt Away". Are there better materials or ideas?

Just to continue a bit, I've just replace the radiator after discovering it was corroded beyond repair. And, in the process, I've determined that I want to pull the engine & transmission later this year when the weather gets a little warmer and dryer. I plan on cleaning up a bunch of the corrosion on the engine and surrounding coach structure and paint it all up again.

Happy RV'ing

I buy WD40 by the gallon and spray it on .it makes the salt come off easier and dust doesn,t stick to it . Rust is a nigh mare to get rid of . It is a huge job to pull the motor
I wouldn,t dothat
