Go to ebay, and do a search for what parameters you are looking for.
Use the left side of this page RVs & Campers | eBay to refine you search.

Have you look in the classified section of this web site?

Hi Jim! Check the RV Classifieds here on IRV2! I think RVTrader.com is probably the best site out there because there is such a huge selection to choose from, and the site is easy to navigate!

Be careful on Craigslist, there's a lot of scammers on it!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

I would go with rvtrader.com, irv2.com or ebay.com. I've heard too many bad stories about craigslist.org . I've listed things there in the past but I would never buy anything on it unless the buyer met me at a police station.

Use craigslist to search/view surrounding areas as well as the San Diego areas entries.

I would also suggest looking at some of the larger RV centers out your way. Camping world is one of the large RV dealerships and I would think they would have some out your way. Is general RV out west at all?

If you are willing to drive to Texas pplmotorhomes.com is worth looking into. If you aren't willing to drive it at least gives you a idea of what they are going for.

I would look in an area that has a large population of Snow Birds or Winter Rv'ers. Yuma, Phoenix or Tucson. Many people reach an age and no longer want to RV or medically can't. Some sale at their current winter location.

We purchased or first Motorhome at PPL in Houston.

A few sites I haven't seen listed yet are:

www.rvt.com

www.rvonline.com

www.rvusa.com

I tend to use these in addition to RVTrader.com, EBay, and occasionally Craigslist.

The PPL site shows a list of Units Sold, with the selling price. This can be useful when trying figure out what is a reasonable price to pay for a unit. It can be found here:

http://www.pplmotorhomes.com/sold/soldmenu.htm

Good Luck to you.

Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Tucson are great to buy from because the title says when they were first registered there. Not much of a chance of rust or mold. Vegas is probably best as you can spend some of the money you saved at the tables.

I drove 3000 miles rt to buy a particular coach at PPL in Houston. As it turns out, the salesman, Peter Sam, was lying every time his lips were moving. I came home without the coach
