Crestview RV Great Service

Those of you traveling near Buda, TX and are in need of RV service I would highly recommend Crestview RV in Buda, TX. I was referred to them by Workhorse when my engine light came on. Turns out I needed a new Torque Converter. Workhorse was no help with this but Crestview located the only Torque Converter in the U.S. in San Diego, CA and paid the cost themselves, said they would straighten things out with Workhorse.
I also had a second problem with the RV....The windshield wipers began to work all by thems elves and I couldn't get them to stop, went back to Crestview and they solved the problem. They informed me that the person who installed the new wiper module (which I had installed 2 months earlier) did not hook it up right.
Both times I stopped at Crestview it was on a drop in basis and they looked at the RV the same day. In the case of the Torque Converter a part needed to ordered so this took some time. The second time I stopped in they had the wiper system fixed within 2 hrs. No bad for no appointment.

I'm glad to hear they have cleaned up their act. I bought my MH from there in '04 and returned several times for fairly routine maintenance. Most the the times I was treated like a red-haired step son. After a few years I went there to see about buying another RV and couldn't even get anyone to wait on me!

Luckily, they decided to build another facility in Georgetown, about 30 miles north of Austin on I-35. What a difference! At first I was reluctant to take my MH there because of the previous experience I'd had in Buda, but now I have no qualms about trusting them to do the job and to care for me as a valued customer.

So hopefully we now have three facilities (they also have a place in Scherz) that we can depend on, based on your experience.
