Custom Spare Tire Cover

Anyone ever get a custom spare time cover and can recommend a good place to get one online?

One place wants about $200 for one but i know there must be places out there with same quality and more affordable.

I want to upload an image for the cover. I also cant find anything that goes on a 15 inch wheel.

$200 is about the going price. Once you have them do a silkscreen transfer image, there's setup charges then printing charges etc.

I was considering calling Alpha Graphics to see what they could do. They did a large banner for me when i had my dating site years back and they only charged $75 and its huge.

All i want is for it to read 'Durango Dave'...

I can't seem to be able to find a 38" cover for my spare - I can find ones that are intended to sit on your tires when you are camped but I want one that fits snuggly all around the tire when it is on it carrier.

"Durango Dave".....I always thought one of the metal covers would be cool. Like one off of an old car (Continental Kit). Custom paint and it would last forever.

Believe it or not, I got one for $14 with our YouTube channel logo on it:



It manufactures and ships from China. The site seemed a little iffy, but I figured what the heck -- the worst thing that could happen was I'd lose $14 + shipping so I went ahead and ordered it. I paid with a throwaway account in case my card info was compromised. No email confirmation of the order was received, just a webpage confirmation.

But a couple of weeks later the darned thing showed up in my mailbox! It's not the heavy vinyl-coated canvas that you'd expect. Instead it's nylon with a cinch cord and a barrel clamp. But that does the same job of protecting the spare against UV, and did I mention that it was only $14?

Looks like a 15" tire. That's a good price for that although you can get a 15" cover in a ton of places on the web. My wheel is a 22.5 so it's not as easy to find (38" dia).
