I read a review from a gentleman posted in reference to Camping World and the time he had to wait for his oil change. I will never use CW again unless it is an emergency. I just got my 5th wheel out of there shop for a new fresh water tank. I dropped it off on 16 Jul 18 to have a new tank put in. In the mean time my wife and I drove up to Montana to visit family and when we return 2 weeks later I hadn’t any word from CW as to the status of my rig. I gave them a call and had to leave a message and asked for the service rep to give me a call back. No call back so two days later I decided to just head over to CW to find out the status. When I talked to my service provider he said “oh we had to order your tank and it will be 30 days before it arrives.” Of course I wasn’t a happy camper because when I dropped off my rig I told the same service provider I need my rig to go to my work in NV. He said there was nothing he could do about it. I asked him when did he have the tank removed seeing my rig had been there two weeks. Of course he didn’t answer so I told him I just needed to get my rig and I would bring it back when the tank came in. Short story this is the second time I have had trouble with. Camping World and the last.

my local CW we use is wonderful. Many many years with them thru all kinds of troubles and only top service from them. The people are tops that work there, they do go the extra mile. Sorry for your troubles OP. Lousey service is just rotten
