Thanks Rick. Another thing to be vigilant is when you are camped and the elec goes off. Don't run out right away as it might be someone trying to gain easy access to your RV by shutting off your breaker and catching you off guard when you dash out to check the breaker.

I am usually sceptable about 3rd or 4th hand stories about highway attacks. However about 15 years ago while driving the motorhome on the highway through Salt Lake City someone threw a pumpkin off an overpass and hit our back ac unit we had to have the cover replaced. Although it happened to me I don't think it is a widespread epidemic and it has certainly not stopped us from traveling and I certanly wouldn't stop at the side of the road and jump out with a gun in my hand . just my opinion
