De-ionized water vs Soft water and Water spots

I am one who prefers to wash his own Rv as it allows me to identify things that may need preventive maintenance. But I hate drying to avoid water spots.

I have only found two portable de-ionizers; Spotless CRSpotless Water Systems and
On the Go http://www.portablewaterdi.com/
Who has used these
Are they worth the expense, including refill resin cartridges.

How does using Soft Water compare.

Similar thread with a few responses in the Class A discussion thread. You'll find a little validation there.

I bought my portable deionizer from WaterSticks.com. Have used it a few years and really like it. Getting rid of water spots you have to use deionized water , just soft water doesn't work. Hope this helps !
