I went to the large auto/boat/rv auction in Lakeland Fl several times over the last few years with a neighbor who was in the used car business strictily to look at MH's. I never saw a "high-end" unit and the just about all the others were either old units or coaches needing a lot of work, and tires to get into what I would call selling shape. You would have to have bought those coaches at a great price in order to do the fixing required to be able to sell it to anyone who knew anything about MH's.
