Debonding of door

Had a small area on the bottom of the entrance door so I figured let's see if I can fix this 😉
Took trim off the door and this is what I found. Click image for larger version

Then I glued the outer panel back on and here it is. Click image for larger version

It seems that they didn't seal that panel so as you go down the road water got between the top and bottom parts. The door is fixed.
