More good news about BOTW! Excellent news for me! Since I applied on the weekend, I don't know when I'll get an answer, but I did see that they made the credit inquiry already.

Our dealer pointed us to U.S. Bank when we purchased our coach. Interest rates were competitive, approval was taken care of within 24 hours - decent web site (which makes managing my loan payments (i.e., determining application of payment (principal vs interest) easy, determining current balance, etc.) a piece of cake.
I having nothing this least bit negative to say about our experience with U.S. Bank and would happily use them again in the future.

Thank you, sir! That is good to know. I wanted to have a few decent backups in case it doesn't work out well for me at Essex (Bank of the West).

We used Essex / Bank of West. We live in GA and bought RV private sale in PA. While our original "loan officer?" Or contact aT Essex wAs a bit difficult to reach during preapproval stage, once we were ready to pull the trigger it was eZ to work with them and complete the transaction remotely.

Has anyone done a loan in the 400k to 500 k range? Seems like there are very few options for banks even when putting 200k down.

x2 We used US Bank last year to finance out new 5ver. Was the most pleasurable loan experience we ever had. Took about an hour, and at a lower rate and down payment than the dealer could find. Actually done in a US Bank branch located in a supermarket. Bought a bottle of wine after to celebrate!
