Decorating for Christmas

Does anyone decorate thier RV fro Christmas? I did this year & thought I would share. I just kind of draped them on so I think it looks kind of comical in the photos, but it looks a lot better in person. Heres a few pics.
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to All

It's fun to do huh? It really does lighten up those "crisp nights" during the holidays.

Last Thanksgiving we spent a couple of weeks at Buckhorn Lake Resort in Kerrville, Tx. They have an amazing holiday tradition which begins with a Thanksgiving holiday sit down dinner for 300 people!

In addition, that same weekend, many site owners and other regulars begin to set up their very impressive holiday displays... including one nice fellow who had a rather large gage model train roaming through town scenes around track which surrounded his site and a neighboring tree.

Fun stuff...

We do, every year a bit different. At the present we are doing more inside than out ...rope lights around the bottom of the rig on the ground and a collapsible tree outside (on a timed switch); lights around the cab area and across the windshield, small lighted tree on the dash, and red bow/yarn Santas on the overhead cabinet doors.

Our little T@B will be stored indoors for the winter, but I did make some photos using my diecast model and some village pieces. When my whole Christmas village goes up, the T@B will probably be camping with the cabins by the stream.

I normally run lights up one arm of the awning along awning then down other arm of awning then over to 5ver king pin. I also have a string my brother gave me the 1st year I started to full time. I put it in the window it is powered by 2 D cell batterys.

We go to Disney's Fort Wilderness every year during the month of December and rent a golf cart just to cruise around and look at the lights. Some people put in weeks setting it up. We are empty nesters for the first time this year so going 24th-27th in our new (to us) motorhome.
