Doesn't look good but is probably fixable.

Is the rig still under warranty. If not I'd start doing some research on how to fix. You can buy the exterior material and will probably have to strip out the wood laminate.

I had a similar problem on my class C although I didn't loose any of the exterior. I made a large template of the side and used a Gorilla type glue to put it back together. Used large clamps that spanned across the front, even went through 2 windows to get an even pressure. It pulled up tight and cured and bonded and looked good. Put the edge material back in place with better sealing material and as far as I know it is still holding. I sold it to a friends dad and he is still taking it out.

I hope he is a handy DIY type, cause he is looking at major expense if he needs a professional shop to fix that. It's not actually all that bad, but a lot of labor if you have to pay somebody $85-$100 per hour to do it.

Cut out and replace any damaged wood framing and paneling (inside and out), fit and glue on a new filon skin, and paint it to match. All the stuff can be bought online or locally.
