Delayed start warranty

We bought a 2010 Freedom Elite, 23S, Mercedes diesel, Sprinter chassis from Camping World on 26 May 2010. The three year warranty and repair work was to be done at Dodge-Chrysler facilities. We had some problems and normal maintenance done during the first year at Dodge-Chrysler shops and some of the personnel told me that my warranty expired Sep 2011. After the first time I was told this I called the Camping World where we purchased the motor home and was told they would check on and make sure the 'delayed start warranty form' had been or would be sent in. After going for more repair/maintenance and finding out the warranty expiration date was still Sep 2011 we have made four trips to Camping World with no satisfaction. The last trip was last Tuesday Aug 30, 2011; they said they would call about it and for me to call Deanna at their business office at a different location. I called Deanna the morning of Aug 31, 2011 and she said she would get back with me that day. We still have not heard from her. Does anyone know anything about Delayed start warranty or where I can go from here? Thank you in advance
