Seeing as how I live about 90 miles from where this happened, I can assure you it's a true story. Watched a interview on the news with the lady. From the pictures they showed of the RV Park, it wasn't much more than an open field with a few "sites" here and there.

Looked like the parks I am finding all to common, an older RV with a permanent deck built around it, flowers planted around it, etc. the lady said there monthly rent was $250.00. They have moved to another park where the rent is about $75.00 a month more, and people in the area are paying their rent because of the local news stories.

The owner has refused to comment to any of the stations reporting, and is supposedly shutting down the park.

If it was just for the color of their skin, yes... but not everything is because of that.

to those that said they only checked ID based on ethnicity, is there any possibility that they are following the trend of who's checks have not been good and maybe not motivated by just ethnicity ?

Again, just trying to be the quiet voice and not ruffle anyone's feathers,
but EVERY insurance carrier has a department full of actuaries that study and report on trends and adjust rates accordingly...

If you drive a 1200 HP car your rates go up because THOSE types usually have more wrecks.

If you have bad credit, your rates go up...

If you live in a certain areas, THOSE rates go up...

so maybe it's just trends they are reacting to...

In most cases, after one or two interfaces, you can tell good people from not so good people irregardless of any other factors...

and just like with a hot fire, when we are young we learned not to touch it because we got burned

Heck, I'm scared of PICTURES of snakes

If you really are sad and think nobody cares, just try missing a few payments ! '11 Monaco Diplomat 43DFT RR10R pushed by a Demco Excali-Bar II hitch which is pushed by a '14 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport.
