Difference between

What is the similarity or difference between Shine on and Poli-glow.

The price is about the same, but what is the difference in the finish?

Don't inform me about Zep as I am interested in one of these two products to use on my M/H

I can't tell you a thing about Shine-on but can recommend Poli-Glow. In 2010 I took a 2006 Glendale Titanium that had a solidly chalked nose and rear caps and made it shine. Prep can be a bear as I actually had to use 2000 grit wet and dry sand paper on the nose to smooth it good enough for the cleaner then the Poli-Glow application (7-8 coats over 2 days). The Titanium was traded this year with no further work other then a yearly 1-2X wax and the dealer noted that he had not seen one with nose and rear caps that looked as good

I would contact each company and let them tell me the difference in ingredients.

Both of those products are intended for restoring weathered/oxidized fiberglass surfaces, so ought not to be used on any finish that does not need to have the surface "restored". They won't do any good on clear coat, at least not until the clear coat is polished off and you get to whatever is underneath.

So they are very similar in intent, though perhaps not in how they achieve results.
