In an ongoing effort to reduce clutter and weight in the RV, I have been collecting digital copies of installation, operation and parts manuals for just about everything in and on the RV. PDF format is the best as you can search for key words in the manual and enlarge print for old eyes. Problem is many Mfg's don't make them available.
So I have started sending email's to each one that doesn't, suggesting that they put manuals on web site. Some even respond with positive answers, the most recent was Sewer Solutions.
The more requests the mfg's get the more likely they will be to do it.

Yes a great idea. Just make sure to back it up or store it on a CD/DVD. Computers know when you really need a document and pick that moment to crash

Great idea.
Many times you can find the manual through a third party.

Backing up on DVD is also an excellent idea.

Happy trials.

Great idea. I have been doing for years now. Not just for the MH but for almost everything I won that requires a manual. Really helps when the DW calls from Ohio while I'm at work in AK with a troubleshooting question.
