Digital readouts

The digital odometer readout on my 05 workhorse chasis has gone all pixelated. Is this an easy fix for the average person? Can I just change the readout or does the whole cluster have to be changed out. I am fairly handy but do not want to get in over my head. Thanks for any info.

Hi ! Can't help with that. Our gauges are analog! Have fun and keep her between the ditches!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

No, it's not an easy fix. Google 'Actia Instrument Cluster repair'...It's easy enough to pull the cluster and send it off for repair. Your choice of facilities.

I put up with a disappearing digital readout for 8 years. Decided it was too much for me to do, The removal from the dash was a simple DIY so I shipped it to Brazels. Should have done it years earlier.

They have the option to send you the kit or do it in house with your cluster.

I think they first started having issues with the Actia gauges around 2003 or 2004. I know my 2004 Workhorse chassis had the gauge issue and it was covered under warranty.

Here is a link to Ultra RV Products. They sell a replacement for $150.

Welcome to iRv2.com

WBGO built the Workhorse provided Actia instrument cluster into the dashboard. I suggest you use the small red triangle below your screen name to ask the mods to move you thread to the WBGO owner's forum, where I think you'll get better answers. Good luck.

Someone on this site will probably help you with this, but if you need a quicker response a call to Winnebago tech support may be your best option. Also maybe Workhorse can help.
Good Luck

Not sure how to remove the cluster. My display is slowing going bad. Once you have the Workhorse Actia cluster out. I have ultrarvproducts bookmarked. They sell a kit to replace the display or can do the replacement for you.
