Perhaps you're not aware - all of those claims that the dinette can be made into a bed are not really for use by human adults or anyone other than toddlers that can't complain about the lousy sleeping arrangements.
I thought this was a well known "lie" manufacturers tell often and repeatedly.

I am 5'10" and sleep on mine. But then again I only have a travel trailer

Don't know what size you're seeking, but for my back beds I went to Amazon and searched for "memory foam mattress 30x74" and came up with a number of choices, varying by thickness and firmness.
I agree with the memory foam topper suggestions. They can easily be trimmed with an electric knife - the kind with which you carve a turkey. Easy to roll up too for storage elsewhere.
