I'm wondering if any American members of this site are also members of Direct Buy. If you are, does Direct Buy in the States carry items for RV's? Brands such as Shur Flo, Camco etc. We have nothing available in Canada, through DB, like those.
Thank you.

With DirectBuy, it will cost you a lot to save
Sounds like a rip off to me. Beware.

I have no idea, but I would seriously doubt it. I've always been under the impression that Direct Buy was for household goods, no RV goods (sure, stuff like furniture could be used both places, but I doubt very much they carry stuff that's RV-specific).

And, after reading the article to which HD4Mark gave the link, there's no way I'd ever join! $4,000++ as a membership fee?!

We tried DB when we built our house, what a rip off. By the time you figured in the buy in and the shipping and handling fee it cost as much as retail. Also at that time they had no RV related items that I was aware of.

When I began a major remodel on the stick house a few years back I did some research on DB. Anyone considering joining should do the same. I concluded it was a big rip off.

Thanks guys, I am a member of DB. While you do have to spend some money before you recoupe The membership fee I have found it worthwhile. It really depends on what your buying. If your remodeling (major) or building it works. If your just buying a couple of things it isn't.
Anyway, my question was re available suppliers in the States that we don't have or may have access to in Canada. I didn't mean to start a discussion on the value, or lack there of, of DB. I was just wondering.
