Really sorry to hear that. How do people live with themselves after stealing from others? It seems as though humans without a conscience are becoming increasingly popular.

Disheartening event

I worked in Freeway Bridge construction for 37 years for General Contractors and got broke into/stolen from 100's of times. I tried every device known to mankind and they just work around it one way or the other. Having guard on duty works the best but that still not 100% foolproof. All the company's I worked didn't want to hire a guard . Your best bet on your batteries are to take them home. It's a good idea to to a complete photo inventory of your contents and even the RV itself, this helps you remember what you had etc. in the event something gets stolen or damaged.

About 35 years ago I was in Hawaii and rented a car. The car rental agency told me to never leave anything in the car and NEVER lock it. According to them thieves will break windows just to see if anything stealable is in the car. If the doors aren't locked they will use the doors to search the car and not cause as much damage. I have been to Hawaii many times since then (to deliver race boats back to the mainland) and haven't been given that story since.

Are we sure it isn't an inside job done by one of the caretakers who might not of cared? It has happened in my area. Turns out one hired hand was coming in after hours to do his jobs and it took some looking around to discover the thief.

I agree, Mine is in the driveway @ the S&B's I stay in mine @ night have been since the end of May, kind of like boondocking but with electric.
Is there a law about parking your TT @ the S&B's ? bummer if there is. We don't have one where I live, been here 56 years and I would fight to the end if they try.
Hope you have better luck in the future.

Awfully sorry to hear that. I have a friend who recently had her solar panels stolen right off of her roof!! How brazen is that? She only just had them installed this year at Quartzsite!

They are drugged up so they don't have to feel their feelings. My belief is that most copper wiring thefts are to support drug habits.
