DIY and RV maint. videos

I was reviewing the Youtube vidio on replacing my slide toppers tonight and ran across some other videos by rvgeeks and rvdoctor. They have a lot of cool stuff about maintaining RV systems, instructionals and DIY's. Has anyone been to these sites and tried their ideas?

I have watched several of these and other videos on youtube about rv repairs etc.. There is some really good ones and then there are some not so good. For the person that does a lot of their own work and need help they are great. I enjoy watching them since they do give me a little more knowledge about motorhome that I will surely need.

RVgeeks posts here and I have implemented a number of his tips. He and I have similar coaches and his videos have helped me learn and understand my rig better.

Type in RV education 101 on you tube and Mark Polk has a whole series of videos that are pretty helpful. He actually did a complete restoration on an old TT and upgraded it with some more modern conveniences. Here is a link to his buying guide. RV 101 Buying Tips by RV Education 101 - YouTube

Thanks for the info Rob. Just put a shortcut on my desktop for his site. You can never have too much advice on RV's especially when, like myself, you do your own maint. and repairs.

I've seen my share of videos that seemed like very good information to know when the time comes I finally get into a MH...and I've got a book-mark folder in my browser just for them!

Now all I have to do is buy a coach that needs some work and I'll finally be able to use all that information that's just sitting around! LOL!
