DIY black tank wand for <$10

edited to correct title: I meant to type $20 instead of 10.
I just returned from Menards with a
5' section of 3/4" CPVC, $2
one 3/4" end cap, $0.31
one Watts LFA-661M hose to NPT swivel adapter, $4.99
one 3/4" CPVC to 3/4" male NPT adapter, $0.99
total cost: $10.49 including state tax.

I already have the CPVC pipe solvent/cleaner, and glue, so that eliminated $5 of the cost to make my own 4' flusher. I needed one 4' long to reach to the bottom of my black tank, but all I could buy are about 30"-36" long. Amazon does have one with a flexible end for $18.89+ S&H, but the reviews say the plastic shut-off leaks, not a good thing inside your RV. I'll use a brass 1/4 turn shut-off valve between hose and wand that I already have.

When assembled I'll drill a 1/8" hole in the side of the end cap, perhaps 2 opposing holes if needed.
