I made a special way to keep my bode heat in the bed. I have RV (75" x 60") sleep by numbers bed. Start by getting a Twin size down comforter. This fits just right as a mattress pad, then a Twin size Sunbeam heated mattress pad. This has digital controller with a ½ hr preheater. Sheets as normal. and then two Comforters. (One down and one for decoration)
Before going to bed just turn the heater on preheater. Wait a haft hour, and then crawl in bed. It so warm I fall right to sleep and sleep all night. And some times it hard to get out of a warm bed.

Wow, that is too many covers for me. The sheet and one blanket, then I just turn up the heat in the fiver.

Ya-know, those aluminized "space blankets" do work as advertised. They are a lot cheaper and take up much less space too.
