Ok now there is something to agree on. Their are irresponsible parents, drunks, and dog owners.
And if you notice there are as many responsible dog/ pet owners fed up with the irresponsible ones as those that don't own pets. Where do they go?? The answer is obvious to those with integrity

Actually, I'm offering a workable solution with the "No Pets" RV parks. As far as your solution is concerned, I seriously doubt that all campgrounds are going to ban all of us with pets - they would take quite a hit in the pocketbook if all RVers with pets decided to quit RVing (although I'm sure it would make those who share your philosophy quite happy - until the parks shut down for lack of business.)

By the way, we DO pick up after our dogs, so I'm not excusing those who don't. We have to pick up their dogs' droppings in our campsite as well as those of our Shelties.

I don't understand where all the pets come from. When looking for a motorhome all the adds say no pets or smoking .Then when we get to the campgroung everyone has a pet.

That sounds like a different problem - it's called "truth in advertising."

i dont own a dog, but they dont bother me one bit. I love dogs. I love to see people having a good time with their dogs. I suppose if i find a poo in my campsite i would just have to clean it up. Dogs are peoples family members and that is never going to change. The rv resort i stayed in all winter had more goose poop than i could count.

Spaceship lands in rural America. Aliens leave ship to look around and come across a campground.
Staying out of sight they witness two beings walking about. One has a collar and leash and is followed by another being.
Aliens are not sure which being to try and communicate with. They then witness the leashed being pass waste and the other being pick it up and save it.
The aliens see this numerous times throughout the campground.
They have decided, when the time is right, they will approach the collared and leashed being as the intelligent being to communicate with.

No argument there. Our pets have free room and board, the best of medical care, a home, a heated and air conditioned RV and truck, toys, etc. and have never had to work a day in their lives. They're obviously much more intelligent than I.

Dogs offer unconditional love. Lock your wife and dog in the trunk for an hour, which one is happiest to see you?

My Daddy use to always say sometimes, "It's a dog's life? What's wrong with it?"

I have seen, not ONCE but MANY times a dog curled up dog lickin his private parts. Then he jumps up and licks his owners face and lips !!!

But, I can rest assured no one on this forum allows THEIR dog to do this.... It's prolly all those inconsiderate dog owners that don't belong to this forum.
