Dometic Horizon Awning problems
I have a 10 foot Dometic Horizon awning and sometimes it will not retract. It acts like the motor is turning but a "clutch" or something is slipping. The vinyl has pulled a little in the middle so some of the vinyl will bunch up when it is rolling up. I have tried to pull the vinyl at both ends but it doesn't stretch very easy. Has anyone else had this problem. I am having trouble finding the detail of the motor assembly to determine if something is loose or if the vinyl just needs to be replaced as it seems to be "out of square." Thanks for any advice.
