Dometic thermostat

Hey guys. I have a 2007 Coachmen towable with a bad wall mounted thermostat for the Rooftop A/C and gas furnace. The original is discontinued. The model number is 3107612-008. Does anyone have a catalog of replacement model that you could share please? I haven't had any luck finding one. The temp is high by about 30 degrees so 90 showing is actually in the high 60's. Thanks for any help .

Hi welcome to the forum,

I'd be prone to making a change similar to this:
RV Digital Thermostat Upgrade | ModMyRV
Often you can find a T-stat by Hunter etc. at your local home improvement center.
Another thing to keep in mind with hot weather is where the T-stat is mounted. They do best on interior walls, VS. a hot exterior wall that may have direct sunlight on it.
We know the insulation leaves something to be desired in RV's. Also, be sure the hole the wire protrudes through is plugged with insulation / foam etc. The blast of hot or cold air through it can mislead the sensor.

Good luck.

Depending on the model number, we had Jim Fredichs repair ours. It was in a 2000 Newmar. His phone number is 308-440-5154.
